Over 11,400 launch sites worldwide, sourced from ParaglidingEarth. Each gets a wing-class-aware flyability verdict driven by a 5-model weather consensus.

Does FlyOrNot show airspace for a launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It runs a spot-specific OpenAIP check and shows only the airspace relevant where you fly — low-level restrictions at coastal sites, and the controlled ceiling above inland/mountain launches, with CTR, restricted, danger, radio- and transponder-mandatory zones highlighted. It is advisory only — always verify the official AIP and current NOTAM.

A consensus of up to five models via Open-Meteo (ECMWF, NOAA GFS, DWD ICON-EU, Météo-France ARPEGE and a best-match pick), cross-checked against live weather stations (METAR, IPMA, Pioupiou).
